[Product Name] Toshusai Sharaku Ukiyo-e Motif 3D Framed Art - Complete Set of 3 [Product Features] This is a rare craftwork that three-dimensionally expresses the masterpieces of Yakusha-e (actor prints) by Toshusai Sharaku, a genius painter of the Edo period, through heavy wood carving. Unlike regular flat Ukiyo-e prints, the actors' expressions, hand movements, and overlapping costumes are intricately reproduced through carving, creating strong shadows depending on the lighting. The series has a very cohesive feel, with the inscription Sharaku Yakusha-e Carving on the side of each piece, indicating the origin of the design. [Set Contents (3 pieces)] This set includes three of Sharaku's most popular works. 1. Ichikawa Yaozo III as Sagiwa Sanai (a villain role in the play) 2. Bando Hikosaburo III (also playing Sagiwa Sanai) 3. Ichikawa Monnosuke III as Date Yosaku (a main character in the play) *These characters are from the same play, and when displayed together, they create a complete story, making this a luxurious set. [Size and Specifications] • Outer dimensions: Approximately 22cm x 22cm (square) • Frame: Natural wood (heavy construction) • Equipped with a hanging cord on the back, allowing for both wall mounting and tabletop display. [Pricing] As this is a very rare set, priority will be given to bulk purchases. • Special price for the 3-piece set: ¥30,000 (including shipping, ¥10,000 per piece) • Individual sale price: ¥12,000 per piece (including shipping) *If you wish to purchase individually, please specify the desired actor's name in the comment section. [Condition] Features a calm texture characteristic of vintage items. As this is a craftwork made of natural wood and handcrafted, it gains a deeper character with age. There is no major damage, but please purchase only if you understand that this is an antique/vintage item. [Shipping] As this is a valuable craftwork, it will be carefully packed with cushioning material and shipped via Mercari便 (tracking and insurance included). #ToshusaiSharaku #Sharaku #Ukiyoe #Kabuki #TraditionalCrafts #WoodCarving #Relief #FramedArt #Wamodern #JapaneseInterior #Antiques #FolkCrafts #JapanSouvenir #MinpakuInterior #Antique #JAPAN #Ukiyoe Click here for the manufacturer's site
