Includes two lenses: ×10 (900x magnification) and ×40 (3600x magnification). Phase contrast microscopes are often used by dentists to observe cavity-causing bacteria and periodontal disease bacteria. Saliva and oral mucosal cells are placed on a slide and observed. It can also be used to observe red blood cells in blood. Connect to a monitor using the video cable (yellow) to observe specimens without looking through the eyepiece. Please refer to the photo of blood displayed on the monitor. With the included conversion adapter, it is also possible to display images on a monitor with an HDMI terminal. The main unit weighs approximately 2kg, is compact, and has a handle for easy portability. [Main Observation Targets] Living Cells (Cultured Cells) Observe cell shape, movement, and division processes in real-time. Observe intracellular granules, nuclei, organelles, cilia, etc. Microorganisms (Bacteria and Protozoa) Oral bacteria (periodontal disease bacteria, Candida, etc.). Features of Phase Contrast Microscopy Unstained and Unfixed: No need to kill or fix specimens, allowing observation of living organisms in their natural state. High Contrast: Even transparent specimens show clear contrast between the background and the object. Real-time Imaging: Dynamic phenomena (cell movement, bacterial activity) can be displayed on the monitor as they are and recorded as video.
