Embrace the shadows with this stunning, heavily tarnished mid-century Victorian-style 3-piece silver coffee and tea service. Stamped with the Birmingham Silver Company (BSC) and International Silver Company hallmarks, this heavy silver-on-copper set makes a striking statement piece. Left entirely unpolished to preserve its moody antique patina, the dark tarnish reveals flashes of oil-slick rainbow iridescence. This beautiful coloration highlights the intricate details across the ornate cabriole legs, elegant scroll handles, and berry finial. The centerpiece footed teapot measures approximately 10.5 inches tall by 9.75 inches wide from spout tip to handle. It is accompanied by a matching footed cream pitcher that stands at approximately 6.25 inches tall. Completing the ornate 1940s–1960s collection is a matching open sugar bowl measuring 4.5 inches tall. The entire set remains structurally sound with no major dents, though the interiors show minor vintage wear consistent with age. This set is sold strictly as-is to perfectly complement your gothic home decor or dark academia display. However, it can also be easily chemically cleaned and polished back to its original bright mirror shine by the buyer.
