Thank you for viewing. We are offering a hanging scroll that was found during the organization of an old folk house's storehouse. ■Product Details This hanging scroll features a powerful calligraphy of Chinese poetry at the top and a tasteful landscape with figures at the bottom. The artist is unknown. There is a signature and a seal (stamp) next to the painting, but we were unable to decipher them. We would like to offer this to someone who can judge from the images and understands the value of an antique. ■Materials (Hand-painted) • Main paper: [Paper] • Scroll ends: [Wood] ■Size (approximate) • Overall: [167cm (H) x 49cm (W)] • Main paper (painting/calligraphy area): [101cm (H) x 38cm (W)] *Please allow for slight errors due to amateur measurements. ■Product Condition (Important: Please read carefully) As this is a very old item, noticeable deterioration due to age is apparent throughout. This item is intended for those who can appreciate it as the character of an antique or vintage item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. • Main paper (painting/calligraphy): There are significant stains, yellowing, and dirt throughout. There are also numerous horizontal creases (folds). • Mounting (surrounding fabric): There are stains, fading, and fraying at the edges. • Other: There are tears as shown in the images. *Please check the condition details carefully in the images. The actual color may differ from the images due to lighting conditions and monitor settings. This item comes with a paper box, and there was a price tag of 4,300 yen inside. It is believed to have been purchased for 4,300 yen at that time. ■Requests • We cannot guarantee authenticity, artist, or historical period. Please make your own judgment based on the images at your own risk. • We have no knowledge of antiques and do not understand the value of this item. Therefore, we will start the bidding at 3,000 yen. • No claims, no returns, please. Click here for the manufacturer's site
