Produced by the collectible mid-century New York maker Davart, this ornate stand features three beautifully detailed cherubs (putti/cupids) climbing up the scrollwork feet to support a scalloped, crown-like upper dish. It has a central hole in the top pan, making it perfect as a replacement base for a vintage glass compote, oil lamp, or slag glass bowl—or use it standalone as a unique, rustic pillar candle holder, air plant stand, or succulent display. Product Details: Brand/Manufacturer: Dav Art NY (Davart) Origin: New York, USA (Features the authentic engraved DAV ART N.Y. triangle makers mark inside the bowl) Material: Heavy cast metal (spelter / pot metal / cast iron alloy) with a dark pewter-grey patina Dimensions: Approximately 7 Width x 7 Depth x 6 Height (17.8 cm x 17.8 cm x 15.2 cm) Weight: Very heavy and sturdy, ensuring it wont tip over easily. Vintage Condition Note: This piece features a gorgeous, authentic aged patina. It has subtle spots of light green paint/patina that blend beautifully into the metal, giving it a weathered, salvaged garden or Gothic-mansion character. Please review photos for exact condition.
