Resting on a beautifully carved wooden base, the handmade and textured ceramic body showcases an intricate blue and white floral motif, reminiscent of classic Chinese porcelain. The substantial weight of the lamp speaks to its exceptional craftsmanship and quality materials, ensuring both stability and enduring beauty. Topped with a sophisticated cream ribbed shade, this lamp casts a warm, inviting glow—perfect for elevating the ambiance of a formal living room, stately library, or luxurious master suite. Whether placed on a grand entryway console or beside a velvet-upholstered reading chair, this piece adds an air of cultured opulence to any setting. A rare find for collectors and connoisseurs of fine décor, this lamp embodies the perfect blend of heritage, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance. The condition of the lamp is great, with signs of age in the stand and base. The lampshade looks perfect from the outside but has endured a few rips in the inside. This is a huge lamp measuring 29 inches in height including the lampshade. The base is about 14 inches in height and 7.5 inches in diameter at its widest. It’s also quite heavy. Condition: The lamp body (the chinoiserie ceramic vase and stand) are in great vintage condition. The fabric lamp shade looks great from the outside but the inside lining of the lamp is punctured. The puncturing is not visible from the outside.
