[We have the solution to your problems!] Most home training machines have weight stacks in 15 lb increments (approx. 6.8kg), making it difficult to reach the final all-out state in the later sets. To solve this problem, which I've had for 10 years of home training, I've created these 'weight adjustment plates'. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [How to Use] It's simple: just place the 'weight adjustment plate' on top of the weight stack.
