Yamaha Abitec High Type (3.7 tatami mats / -35db) ■ Model Number AMDB37C ■ Dimensions External dimensions: 2325 (ventilation +170) x 2766 x 2295 mm Internal dimensions: 2207 x 2648 x 2121 mm ■ Soundproofing Performance -35db ■ Condition (Reason for Discount) There are numerous glue marks on the ceiling and walls. These are from the previous owner applying adhesive to attach sound-absorbing materials. We will remove as much as possible upon delivery, but complete removal is difficult. You can either cover the marks by attaching sound-absorbing panels with masking tape and double-sided tape, or if the marks do not bother you, you can use the room as is. The soundproofing performance will not be affected. ■ Delivery & Installation - Basic installation fee: ¥88,000 (tax included) - Additional charges may apply depending on the region, stair work, air conditioner work, piano/desk moving, etc. - Door/ventilation fan position can be adjusted during installation.
