Up for sale is an authentic, handcrafted recycled sailcloth bag made by the legendary Re-Sails in Newport, Rhode Island. Re-Sails was a pioneer in marine upcycling. The brand famously gained national prominence when Ralph Lauren, the official outfitter of the 2016 USA Olympic Team, handpicked them to produce custom sailcloth gear for Team USA athletes competing in the Rio Olympic Games. Each piece has its own unique nautical history. RS Backpack features a vibrant red sail number 5 beautifully zigzag-stitched on a navy blue canvas background. It features a heavy-duty black top zipper, iconic white marine rope loop accents on the bottom corners, and the classic stitched Re-Sails logo patch on the front. Sailcloth naturally carries beautiful crinkles and unique texture from its time weathered out on the ocean. Zipper and stitching are completely intact and fully functional. Perfect for the beach, boating, travel organizing, or everyday use. Ships quickly from a smoke-free home. AHOY!
