This is a 1970s Ludwig LM404 snare drum. The serial number 1251611 suggests it is a 1970s model. I purchased it about 15 years ago and used it for live performances, but it has seen less use recently, so I am putting it up for sale. It is characterized by its bright, clear attack and dry sound. This is a classic snare drum that can be used for a wide range of genres, from jazz to rock. It also picks up well with microphones and is lightweight and easy to carry. ■Specifications ・14 x 5 inches ・Aluminum shell ・8 tension lugs ・Blue & Olive Badge (70s) ・Includes internal muffler ■Condition As this is a vintage item, there are minor scratches from use and pitting on the metal parts, but there are no functional issues that would affect playing. Please only purchase if you understand vintage instruments. ▪️Sound Sample This is a sample played on this drum. The snare wires have been changed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uL3um5RqmfE Click here for the manufacturer's site
