A gorgeous true vintage floral statement brooch featuring a luminous domed cabochon center is coppery and filled with richly colored roses in warm jewel tones of plum, amber, coral, cobalt, and emerald. The dimensional floral design glows beautifully in the light and is framed by an ornate gold tone setting with intricate embossed detailing. This piece has all the charm of classic mid-century reverse carved and reverse painted Lucite jewelry popular in the 1950s and 1960s. The flower arrangement resembles multicolor roses, a beloved Victorian revival motif that carried into mid-century costume jewelry. Best of all, this is new old stock, never worn, and remains in beautiful vintage condition. Finding unworn examples of older costume jewelry is becoming increasingly difficult. Details: • Approx. 2 diameter • Gold tone setting • Domed floral cabochon center • Roll-over clasp closure • Unsigned • New old stock / never worn • Estimated production: 1950s–1960s Perfect for cottagecore styling, mid-century fashion collectors, floral jewelry lovers, or adding a romantic vintage accent to jackets, hats, scarves, or handbags. When you buy vintage, you are not just buying an object, you are sharing a piece of someone’s past. Please note: As with all vintage items, minor signs of age or wear are part of the story and charm of the piece. Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance for peace of mind. People will stare. Make it worth their while.
