Master painter Ryohei Koiso, at the pinnacle of modern Japanese Western-style painting. We are offering a precious 5-piece collection that allows you to fully appreciate his delicate lines and elegant colors. 1. Music (Sketch for the State Guest House) A valuable sketch (esquisse) for the masterpiece adorning the Asahi-no-ma room of the State Guest House, Akasaka Palace. The serene compositional beauty woven by figures and musical instruments is vividly conveyed through the pencil touch. 2. Ballerina in an Interior A quintessential Koiso artwork: a ballerina portrait. This is a reproduction of an oil painting masterpiece created in 1967, which uniquely sublimates the influence he received from Degas during his studies abroad. 3. Landscape with a Sailing Ship Created in 1960. A limited edition reproduction based on a watercolor painting owned by the Kobe City Koiso Memorial Museum of Art. The atmosphere of the port city of Kobe and its transparent colors bring a sense of peace to the heart. 4. Woman Sitting on a Chair A precise offset reproduction of an etching created in 1969. It embodies the artist's profound passion for printmaking, having founded the printmaking research laboratory at Tokyo University of the Arts. 5. Young Woman A female portrait, the true forte of Ryohei Koiso. This is an elegant piece created using offset lithography, exuding a gentle yet dignified presence. • All 5 pieces are signed: Each piece is signed, allowing you to feel the artist's definite presence. • Collection Value: This set, featuring masterpieces worthy of a museum, can truly be called a mini Koiso Memorial Museum. • Condition: Kept with care, they remain in excellent condition. Add a touch of refined aesthetic to your daily life with this lifelong collection. #RyoheiKoiso #WesternPainting #ReproductionArt #Printmaking #Etching #Lithograph #Ballerina #StateGuestHouse #Kobe #Art #JapaneseArtScene #ArtCollection Click here for the manufacturer's site
