A masterpiece by Robert Furber, known for his 18th-century botanical illustrations. This is an art print of December from the Twelve Months of Flowers series. Purchased at an art gallery in London approximately 30 years ago and framed on the spot. Due to being displayed for a long time, there is fading from sun exposure, but it is a flavorful vintage botanical artwork that still captures the atmosphere of England at that time. The tape on the back has deteriorated with age, but the frame itself can be replaced. The print inside has never been opened. We appreciate your understanding of vintage and antique items. Size (approx.): H 65 cm x W 53 cm x D 1.5 cm ■Background of the Artwork ・Furber ran a nursery in London and created this series as a catalog of plants for sale. ・This is a historical work painted by Belgian artist Pieter Casteels III and engraved by Henry Fletcher. ■Design ・Features plants blooming in December arranged in a classic vase. ・Characterized by detailed botanical depictions, it makes a statement as interior decor. ■Condition ・Frame: Purchased and framed in London 30 years ago. ・Sun fading: Present (giving it a vintage feel). ・Back tape: Torn due to age. ・Contents: Stored unopened. ■Collectibility Original prints are very expensive, and vintage prints like this are popular collector's items as interior art. #BotanicalArt #PlantIllustration #Twelve_Months_of_Flowers #RobertFurber #BritishVintage #InteriorDecor Click here for the manufacturer's site
