■Product Description Thank you for viewing. This is a superb Kansai-style hibachi, embodying the traditional beauty of Japan. Crafted primarily from heavy zelkova (keyaki) wood, and luxuriously adorned with the rare precious wood black persimmon (kurogaki), this is an item of exceptional prestige. 【Product Features】 • A collaboration of rare woods: The powerful grain of the zelkova wood and the mysterious ink-painting-like patterns unique to black persimmon create an unparalleled presence. • A masterpiece of craftsmanship: Featuring five drawers, you can feel the meticulous handiwork of the artisans of the time. Some parts of the drawers are missing. • Copper insert (hearth): The interior is lined with copper plates (insert), and the patina of age adds depth as an antique piece of furniture. 【Ideas for enriching your life】 This hibachi was once cherished in Japanese homes as a place for family gatherings. Even today, we recommend enjoying it in the following ways: • For weekend gatherings: Place tea sweets and sake cups on the wide rim and spend special time with family and friends, as if gathered around a traditional hearth. • As a display table: By placing glass on the top, you can use it as a side table while displaying your favorite small items in the drawers. • As the centerpiece of a traditional Japanese house style: The powerful grain of the zelkova wood and the mysterious patterns of the black persimmon will significantly elevate the quality of your space just by placing it there. 【Dimensions】 Width 74.5 × Depth 50.5 × Height 33.5cm 【Condition】 • This listing is for the main unit only; accessories (such as the trivet or glass top) are not included. • This is a vintage item that has been carefully stored for many years. While there are age-related scuffs, minor scratches, and discoloration of the copper plates, there is no major damage, and the condition as antique furniture is extremely good.
