◉ Approximately ¥6,500 value ◉ Weight: 6kg (I actually weighed it, and it was exactly 6kg) ◉ This was purchased for my son to practice at home because his school did not allow students to borrow shot puts when he was in junior high school and participating in the shot put event. He was very dedicated to his final tournament in his third year, and right before the tournament, he asked me to buy him a shot put so he could practice on school holidays. I purchased it, but the shot put arrived late, and the purchase was made at the very last minute, so he was only able to use it for about 40 minutes before heading to his final tournament, after which it became unnecessary. ◉ Junior high school boys use a 5kg shot put, but after researching various sources, I found studies suggesting that practicing with a 6kg shot put to increase the load leads to significantly greater throwing distances compared to practicing with a 5kg shot put. Therefore, I specifically purchased the 6kg shot put. My son mentioned that after just a little practice with the 6kg shot put, the 5kg one felt incredibly light and he felt he could throw it with ease. ◉ It was only used once in a grassy area mixed with gravel. The blue paint has chipped off slightly, but I believe it will just reveal the silver underneath, so it should still be usable without any issues. I would be happy if someone who needs it could use it ♡ Click here for the manufacturer's site
