This product is a soft armor panel compliant with the US-level ballistic protection standard, National Institute of Justice (NIJ). There is a tear. Main Specifications Manufacturer: Security Pro USA (8543 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90034) Product Name: Plate Carrier Panel Level IIIA “TX-IIIa” Size: Large (approx. 25.7cm x 33.7cm) Features & Benefits • Soft armor (flexible panel) construction ensures ease of movement and comfort when worn. • By inserting the panel into a plate carrier or similar equipment, you can equip your front and back. • Compliant with NIJ Level IIIA standards, it is designed to provide sufficient protection against handgun rounds (compliant test). • This model has been manufactured, stored, and managed, providing peace of mind with clearly marked standards and manufacturing lots. Precautions for Use • This product is strictly a soft armor panel. For rifle rounds (e.g., 5.56 mm, 7.62 mm, etc.), separate hard plates or similar must be used in conjunction. • Be careful of penetration or abrasion from edges (sides) or sharp objects. The label also states that it is not suitable for protection from Edge or Pointed Instrument. • When washing or cleaning, follow the care instructions: Do not dry clean. Wipe with a damp cloth. • Performance may degrade depending on the number of years in use and storage conditions. As considerable time has passed since manufacturing, we recommend confirming the current condition. Recommended for: • Those looking for a soft armor panel to equip in a plate carrier. • Security guards and individual users who want to ensure protection against handgun fire. *This product does not guarantee ballistic performance. It is a description of specifications as a standard-compliant model. Additionally, general purchase and use may be restricted in certain areas due to laws and regulations. Please confirm relevant laws and regulations before use. Those unfamiliar with US military surplus items or seeking a perfect product should refrain from purchasing. Tear present.
