There are no inner tags, so the details are unknown, but I believe the material is Cordura nylon. I don't know the manufacturer or country of origin, but it has a substantial feel and the detailed craftsmanship shows no toy-like qualities. *Armor plates are not included. The condition shows some signs of use, with scuffs, minor scratches, and light dirt. There is a tear at the top of the Velcro closure on the right underarm. *See image 7, top left. Other than that, there are no noticeable major scratches or stains. I believe it is in good condition for a used military item. *All minor damages are not listed. Please check the condition carefully in the images. There is no size indication. The size feels like a Japanese M size. The width can be expanded by about 10cm even when the Velcro is fastened tightly at the ends. The length is short, so it is recommended for those under 170cm tall. Actual measurements are: Shoulder width: approx. 34.5cm Width under arms: approx. 49.5cm Hem width: approx. 50cm Length: approx. 44cm *Please allow for slight errors. *Reference image of model wearing the item has been added.
