Please note that comments regarding price negotiations will be deleted once they are no longer needed. ■ About this product ◇ This guitar body is based on a Squier SST model body manufactured around 1982-1984, during the founding period of Fender Japan, which featured serial numbers starting with JV or SQ. These instruments are now highly valued overseas. This body has undergone the following modifications by a friend: ・ Body Refinish (Repaint): The original poly (urethane) finish was in poor condition when acquired. Therefore, the entire finish was stripped, and after surface preparation, a water-based sealer was applied. It was then repainted with an ivory-colored alkyd-containing nitrocellulose lacquer, a commercially available product with a composition closest to the paints used in Fender's nitrocellulose lacquer models. The body has transitioned from a hard poly (urethane) coating to a soft nitrocellulose coating. Combined with the natural aging and drying of the body, we believe this will enhance its resonance. ・ All parts have been replaced with new parts of unknown origin (= unbranded manufacturer) from the original parts. * The original parts from before the replacement are not included.
