Vintage Breyer / Dunning Industries Ranch Craft Running Mare & Foal Woodgrain Horse Lamp Wonderful vintage equestrian lamp featuring Breyer's classic Running Mare and Running Foal in a realistic simulated woodgrain finish. The horses are mounted on a rectangular wood base with a brass-tone spiral-detail lamp stem. The mare bears the circular BREYER MOLDING CO. mark. This mare-and-foal configuration is associated with the vintage Dunning Industries Ranch Craft Originals line of decorative lamps produced using genuine Breyer horse models. Features: Genuine Breyer Running Mare & Foal figures Simulated carved-wood / woodgrain finish Breyer Molding Co. mark on mare Dunning Industries / Ranch Craft style lamp Wood display base Brass-tone spiral lamp stem Mare and foal running pose Black painted hooves and eyes Cream pleated shade included Felt-covered underside Vintage two-prong cord Tested and working Circa 1960s–early 1970s A fantastic crossover collectible for Breyer collectors, vintage lighting collectors, horse lovers and Western/equestrian decor. Condition: Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear. There are scattered surface marks/rubs and small areas of finish loss, particularly visible on the foal. Wood base and metal lamp components show normal vintage wear and patina/tarnish. Felt remains on the underside; no original paper label is present. Lamp has been tested and works.
