To Mercari Support Last time, I listed a model gun and it was immediately removed and my account was restricted. As a result of my immediate appeal, the listing was approved. However, this implies that without my appeal, the penalty would have remained in place. There are many sellers with vaguer and less detailed descriptions than mine, yet I am the one who is immediately subject to listing removal and account restriction. Why is this? I feel this is not discrimination by Mercari Support, but intentional prejudice. Please review products carefully and make fair decisions. Material: ABS plastic resin The barrel has an insert and has no firing function; it cannot fire bullets. Does not use gunpowder. *Cartridges are not included. I cannot include them. (If cartridges are included, due to Mercari Support's prejudice against me, the product will be removed with an inexplicable template explanation about lethal capabilities.) This is a toy gun certified under domestic SPG standards. It is a completely legal toy gun. This is a model gun of the Tokyo Marui Walther P38. The seams have been filled and the entire model has been painted matte black. Although difficult to see in the images, only the slide has been painted a blue steel color. This is a completely legal toy gun from a domestic manufacturer. Material: ABS plastic resin The barrel has an insert and cannot fire bullets. The detonator is not included. Please be aware. Unfired model. All moving parts are functional, but when ejecting the last cartridge, the slide stop may be difficult to engage. Cartridge ejection is not a problem. (Confirmed) *Please handle the magazine removal with care. If not careful, the thin plastic of the magazine bottom may break. (This happened to me before.) Please be aware. This is a restored item by an amateur, including painting and seam filling. This is a very delicate and valuable item. *Those unfamiliar with the Tokyo Marui model gun series, please refrain from purchasing. It may lead to trouble. Would Walther enthusiasts be interested?
