This quilt features machine-stitched piecing, bright color blocking, geometric prints, houndstooth, plaids, and solid poly-knits typical of the era. It is hand-tied with orange yarn and finished in a bold, artistic layout that gives it amazing visual movement. A wonderful example of American folk-art quilting and mid-century textile craft.
