Thank you for viewing. ◆Product Description This is a replacement part for the hinge bolt hole of the TWINBIRD SA-4625 Trouser Press. Note: This is only the reinforcement part, the trouser press unit is not included. The green parts and bolts shown in the first photo are the items included, and this set comes with two of each. I have purchased this trouser press twice, and both times the screw threads (resin part) that secure the hinge broke. (See photos 7 and 8 for the condition of the damage.) I created a replacement part using a 3D printer (PLA) and confirmed that it can be used again. I am listing it here in the hope that it will be useful to others who are experiencing similar problems. Unlike the genuine hinge parts from the manufacturer, this product is designed to repair and reinforce the damaged screw holes and fix them through with a long bolt. Since it is not a method of screwing into the broken screw threads, it can be used for repair and re-fixing in cases where similar damage has occurred. (See photos 5 and 6 for the actual installation using the replacement part.) ◆Set Contents ・3D printed repair/reinforcement part (PLA resin) x 2 *There are traces of bridge peeling as it was printed with the brim side down (see photo 3). ・M4 x 25mm cap screws x 2 ◆Compatible Models TWINBIRD Trouser Press SA-4625 *Compatibility with other models has not been confirmed. ◆Shipping The item will be shipped via Yu-Packet Post mini using Yu-Yu Mercari便. ◆Important Notes (Please be sure to read) ・This product is not a replacement part that replicates the shape of the genuine hinge, but a part intended to repair and re-fix the damaged screw section. ・Installation and use are at your own risk. ・After installation, we recommend periodically checking for loose bolts. ・We are not responsible for any damage or accidents caused by the use of this product. ・Although I have confirmed that it can be installed on the SA-4625 and used normally, long-term durability has not been confirmed. ◆Supplement This product is a substitute part for repairing and re-fixing screw parts when they are damaged, and its purpose differs from genuine manufacturer replacement parts. #TWINBIRD #TrouserPress #SA4625 #ApplianceRepair #3DPrinting Click here for the manufacturer's site
