Description: Beautiful matching pair of vintage Giorgio Zuppini framed works, featuring two separately titled Mediterranean scenes: “Colori d’Estate” — Colors of Summer “La Scalinata” — The Staircase Both works feature Zuppini’s romantic Mediterranean imagery of sun-washed white architecture, stone paths and stairways, flowering plants and soft pastel colors. Each work bears a pencil title at lower left and Giorgio Zuppini pencil signature at lower right. La Scalinata additionally displays a smaller “G. Zuppini” marking within the image. What makes this pair especially appealing is the presentation: both are housed in matching ornate gold/gilt-tone frames with coordinating blue-gray mats, creating a ready-to-hang pair for adjoining walls or display together. DETAILS * Artist: Giorgio Zuppini (1938–1990) * Titles: Colori d’Estate and La Scalinata * Two artworks included * Signed and titled in pencil * Lithographic/printed works on paper * Mediterranean/Italian architectural subjects * Matching ornate gilt/gold-tone frames * Matching blue-gray mats * Framed under glass * Each measures approximately 11” W × 14” H overall * Hanging wires attached CONDITION Both are in very good vintage pre-owned condition and present beautifully under glass. Frames display age-appropriate wear, patina and variations to the gilt finish. A particularly attractive coordinating pair for an Italian, Mediterranean, European, traditional, Grandmillennial or collected interior.
