A beautifully detailed handmade vintage tablecloth worked in a warm palette of golden yellow, rust brown, black, and cream. The large rectangular cloth is divided into embroidered gridwork panels, each punctuated with small floral medallions, while a sweeping border of yellow flowers and dark leafy stems frames the center. Hand-crocheted pointed lace finishes all four edges and gives the substantial textile a delicate final detail. Condition Good vintage condition with no major structural flaws noted. Scattered dark stains and age-related marks are present here and there. The hand embroidery has some pulls and loose areas from previous use. Crochet edging is generally intact. Please review all photos closely for condition. Measurements Length: Approximately 65 Width: Approximately 57.5 Material Cotton blend or linen fabric Embroidery thread Crochet lace trim Origin Handmade USA Styling Notes Large enough to make a real statement on a dining or breakfast table. The golden floral embroidery pairs especially well with dark wood, amber glass, brass candlesticks, and mismatched vintage dinnerware. It would also make a beautiful textile layer over a trunk or large dresser. Additional Notes Decorative rust-brown embroidered gridwork. Repeating floral medallions throughout center. Hand-crocheted pointed lace edging. All items are vintage and one-of-a-kind. Minor wear is part of their story. A unique find and purr-fectly peculiar.
