Vintage MCM (mid-century modern) brooch in gold tone, designed as two dramatic starburst flower clusters on a branch, each centered with a cluster of green glass beads. Each starburst radiates dozens of textured gold tone spikes in varying lengths, alternating between smooth polished rays and finely ribbed textured rays for striking dimension. The centers of each burst are filled with a cluster of round, mottled green glass beads resembling jade. The two starburst flowers sit at different sizes along a curved branch-like stem, giving the piece a dynamic, sculptural, atomic-age look. Excellent dimension and movement from every angle. Fitted with a secure closed C-clasp pin mechanism on the back. Size: approximately 3 inches x 2 inches — see the ruler photo for exact scale. Condition: pre-owned vintage in good condition. Gold tone finish shows light wear consistent with age. All glass beads present and secure with no notable losses. Clasp is intact and functions properly.
