Listing for organization purposes. Purchased used about 2 years ago and stored in a dark place without running it. The EF510-507 plate is already attached. Handrails and antennas are also attached. The previous owner replaced the lights with a Tetsu Kobo circuit board. Both ends 1 and 2 light up brightly. The motor has been confirmed to be working.
