This is a high-quality speaker output relay frequently used in amplifiers from the golden age of audio in the late 80s and 90s. It's a superb component that was adopted in masterpiece models from various manufacturers, such as the SONY TA-F222ESJ. To prepare for the future, these were kept as dead stock, sealed, and stored in plastic bags. They are now discontinued and difficult to obtain. Furthermore, while competitor O's alternative product uses silver alloy contacts, Panasonic's features gold contacts, making it ideal for use in high-quality amplifiers. Additionally, O's product is made in China, while Panasonic's is, of course, made in Japan. This is highly recommended for those who have the knowledge and technical skill to replace the relay themselves, and for those pursuing the sound quality of 90s Made in Japan audio.
