This is the NFJ FX-AUDIO LM-01J, a 4-channel stereo mixer & preamplifier with 4 RCA inputs and 1 RCA output. An AC adapter, normally sold separately, is included. Here is an excerpt from the product description on the NFJ website: --- [Product Features] ■ Equipped with individual volume control and mixer functions for each channel The gain control circuit for each channel, powered by the TL062 operational amplifier, allows for independent ON/OFF (mute) and volume control for each channel. Not only can it be used as a 4-input preamplifier, but its mixer function also allows you to adjust and mix multiple audio sources with independent volume controls for each channel, enabling simultaneous output. ■ Equipped with signal strength enhancement and gain setting (0dB/+10dB) functions The TL062 operational amplifier located in the output stage amplifies the audio signal to enhance its strength. Additionally, the GAIN setting switch on the back allows you to select +10dB. ■ Power circuit design focused on high sound quality By boosting the voltage and then generating a 12V power supply, noise that affects the audible range is eliminated.
