THE M23 SOFT Thank you for looking. This is being sold as a junk item. There is damage and indentation near the left fin box (photo 4), scratches on the right rail (photo 5), and other minor scratches. Some areas have been repaired with tape. Please consider this item with the understanding that significant repairs may be necessary. The 6'6 size of this model is a rare item that sells out quickly. We prefer to hand over the item in the Kanto region. Please feel free to leave a comment. - Size: 6'6 x 20 1/2 x 2 11/16 39.4L - Color: Black - Features: FCS2 Manufacturer's Description: THE M23 is an evolution of the once very popular model, THE M13. It is a high-performance mid-length model that emphasizes performance in small, weak waves while also offering excellent paddling power. The M23 is a hybrid model that can be enjoyed in various conditions by surfers from beginner to professional level, making it a versatile board for year-round use. CHANNEL ISLANDS releases a hybrid soft surfboard! The surfboard is made of epoxy material, with a deck made of soft, elastic EVA material that does not require wax. The bottom is a hard bottom, providing the same glide and propulsion as a regular surfboard for easy takeoffs! It is also durable and a high-quality soft surfboard that both children and adults can enjoy together! When Al Merrick was an active surfer, he preferred riding a 6'1 performance shortboard at Rincon. However, one day he finally got tired of paddle battles with longboarders. So, Al conceived of a hybrid design that would boast the paddling power of a longboard while retaining the responsiveness of a shortboard. This inspiration led to the M13, released in 2013. The M13 remains a very popular hybrid model even today. To make this beloved model even easier to ride, Britt has redesigned it over the past few years. By slightly widening the outline and softening the rails, the design has been made several steps easier to handle compared to the original M13, while maintaining paddling power and performance.
