[Shipping] To prevent damage during transport, all HDDs will be removed from the NAS unit before shipping. Shipping with HDDs installed could put a strain on the HDDs, trays, SATA connectors, and the unit's connectors due to vibrations and shocks during delivery. The HDDs will be individually packed with cushioning material, and the NAS unit will also be carefully protected for shipping. Please install the HDDs yourself after arrival. Although the HDDs show Healthy status, they are consumables, and future operation cannot be guaranteed. They will be initialized before shipping. Returns are not accepted to prevent fraud. Thank you.
