Junk Technics Component System, 5-Piece SU-D5000 Series This is a dream system component from the 1980s. It is not in full working order. Please read the description to the end. Tuner ST-D5000 Amplifier SU-D5000 Equalizer SH-D5000 CD Player SL-D5000 Cassette Deck RS-D5000 Remote Control EUR64750 Cables and accessories This is a complete set of components. Although the black color doesn't show scratches well, there are minor scratches in places. Tuner: Does not power on. Therefore, the remote control cannot be used. Amplifier: Operates without issues. Microphone and headphone jacks have not been tested. There is some crackling when adjusting the balance control. BASS and TREBLE controls work without problems. Graphic Equalizer: Sound changes with all knobs. The spectrum analyzer and graphic equalizer displays appear to have no dead pixels. CD Player: Tray opens and closes, and playback works without issues. I am unsure how to use the finer functions. Cassette Deck: Deck A: Playback, recording, fast forward, and auto-reverse operate without issues. Some tapes could not be played depending on the cassette type and storage condition (e.g., 120-minute tapes). Deck B: When playing, the sound is low and muffled. The playback speed may be slow. The digital tape counter and audio input display, etc., operate without issues. Remote Control: Infrared emission confirmed. This is a Technics system component set, a dream component from the 80s, featuring excellent sound quality and multiple functions. It can play CDs and record tapes. Listening to your favorite music CDs while enjoying the graphic equalizer is very relaxing. The wiring method is partially explained on the back, but the equalizer section seems to be wired in reverse compared to standard configurations. This may be because the equalizer is designed to pass sound even when turned off. If the equalizer does not affect the sound, the wiring is incorrect. There are no major damages or stains, but there are minor scratches and dirt. I hope someone who needs it will use it.
