Thank you for viewing. SONY MD Deck MDS-JB940 in excellent working condition, with remote control, instruction manual, and more. (Supports ATRAC DSP TYPE-R/ATRAC3 MDLP) This MD deck is in very good external condition. The common corner belt has been replaced, and the lens has been cleaned and lubricated. Both the interior and exterior have been carefully cleaned. There is no crackling in the headphone volume or other controls. We have confirmed that recording and playback (both RCA and optical) are currently functioning without any issues. The power cord is from 2002, suggesting this is a highly refined product from the later production period of MD decks. It supports MDLP. The front of the unit is free of scratches, and the display is clear. The top cover of the unit had a few small scuffs, so we have lightly touched them up with a matching color paint (see image 9). You can use it immediately without any problems after purchase.
