Title may seem unusual due to character limits. Handpan, 56cm diameter, with 12 notes, 3 more than standard models. Referred to as Mutant. D Minor. Color is a silver and brown two-tone. Tuned to A4 = 432Hz. While modern instruments are typically tuned to A4 = 440Hz, classical music prior to 1939 was tuned to 432Hz. Mozart and Vivaldi composed in 432Hz. The 432Hz tuning is said to sound gentler and more beautiful, with healing effects. In modern times, Steiner education, for example, uses 432Hz instruments to expose children to scales. This is a new item, but it has been opened for photography, inspection, and cleaning. The tuning has been checked and adjusted to the best of our ability. No tuning will be necessary after purchase. The last image shows the frequencies for each note. The center note is the fundamental, starting with D3. The number below the center D3 is the actually measured frequency. Measurements were taken using an Android app, so there may be some error. Please consider this as a reference only. The range of notes can vary depending on how it is played. Tuning solely by frequency can sometimes result in an unnatural sound. Tuning has been done to ensure it sounds natural to the ear. It appears some individuals are copying my descriptions on the same platform. I am honored by this. Tuning requires advanced skills. I am also not able to achieve perfect tuning, and am doing my best within my capabilities. I will ship with care, aiming to provide the best possible condition and bring you joy.
