Purchased new and used only once at home to test the sound. It has been stored ever since. Condition is like new, having been used only once. It is in beautiful condition with no scratches or dirt. Nothing is missing from what was included when purchased. Included items: - Main unit - Ribbon cable - Screws - Supplementary materials - Outer box Official description below: === LINNAEUS is Rossum's stereo state-variable filter, inheriting the filter technology of Dave Rossum and the traditions of Evolution and Morpheus. It features a unique through-zero FM function that modulates even negative frequencies linearly. Through-zero FM is typically implemented in oscillators, making its implementation in a filter highly unique. Furthermore, in LINNAEUS, the filter's response curve is also voltage-controllable, continuously variable from low-pass to band-pass, high-pass, notch, low-shelf, and high-shelf. This allows for delicate and dramatic tonal effects. The voltage control of the response can be independently selected for each of the two channels, making it effective for stereo effects. Linear through-zero FM can be performed using either the built-in modulation oscillator or an external signal. The frequency of the modulation oscillator can track the filter's exponential frequency or operate independently. The output waveform of the modulation oscillator continuously varies from off to sine, triangle, sawtooth, and square. After being added to the external linear FM input, the modulation oscillator's output passes through a VCA for index (FM strength) control. The index is also voltage-controllable. Linnaeus also has a Pinging mode where the filter can be made to oscillate by inputting a short envelope or pulse, and used as a sound source. To enter Ping mode, press and hold the Track button or press it twice.
