This is a rare, American-made Everett upright piano (Model: 5107 PECAN). I acquired it used in good condition over 10 years ago and have been using it since. Regarding the condition, due to its wooden exterior, there are some areas with peeling due to age-related deterioration and some mold-like spots from humidity (on the top and inner top panel). However, considering its age, the exterior is in good condition. The color of the wood grain can appear quite different depending on the lighting, surrounding reflections, and camera specifications (no editing has been done). Images with less light reflection (from the side) are likely closer to the actual color. Internally, the metal parts such as the strings show some rust and deterioration. However, the piano has been regularly tuned and maintained, so I believe there are no major issues. I have not tuned or maintained it for the past 1-2 years as I was planning to sell it. The sound is bright and brilliant. Despite its compact size, the volume when played is quite resonant and fills the body. The item will be sold as-is (hence the reduced price). After receiving the piano, please arrange for tuning (the sound may go out of tune during transport), and if necessary, maintenance and adjustments by a professional technician.
