Adjust the aperture and shutter speed by turning the rings to match the values indicated by the built-in light meter. As this is a half-frame camera, you can take 72 photos from a 36-exposure roll. No batteries are required. Even beginners can shoot with confidence, as searching for PEN-D online will yield many detailed explanations.
