※Price Non-negotiable Santa Maria Novella was born in Florence, Italy, with a history dating back to the 13th century. It is said to have originated when monks cultivated and blended herbs and flowers to heal people. This monastery later became the Santa Maria Novella Church. Even after becoming a brand favored by royalty and nobility who built Florence's prosperity, including Napoleon, it continues to inherit the methods developed by the monks and is produced based on recipes from that era. While state-of-the-art equipment is introduced in their own factories, some products are still made by hand, one by one, even today. All products made with a commitment to natural ingredients have a sense of warmth. This is a rare brand in this era, as it uses naturally cultivated herbs and natural oils, resulting in individual differences in scent strength and color intensity due to climate, soil, and flower quality. This is one of Santa Maria Novella's most iconic items, potpourri in a silk sachet. Roots, stems, and petals are used generously without waste. What is particularly noteworthy is that even today, the ancient methods are preserved and the product is made by hand, although it is a time-consuming process. When you first start using it, please make holes through the inner plastic bag with a thick needle-like object so that the contents can be reached. If the scent weakens or the leaves inside begin to dry out, try making more holes. Please note that oil may seep out while it is fresh. Purchased in January. Stored in a cool, dark place at home, but this is personal storage. We would be happy if those who do not mind this would be interested. Click here for the manufacturer's site
