2x4 Adjuster Set of 6 Non-slip sheets are available for an additional ￥100. Please comment if interested. Please comment for other quantities. This is a DIY part for fixing 2x4 lumber vertically to create posts. If you just want to erect posts, no complicated procedures or special tools are required. It can be easily installed as it uses the force of a jack for secure fixing. Reproduction and plagiarism are prohibited. Adjusters for the upper part only have existed for a while, but I thought about how those without a drill or 8mm drill could manage, and came up with the idea for the lower part. The drill-free type was my invention. DIY Storage Parts Washers have been added between the upper hex nut and the lumber. This addition provides stability and acts as a lock nut. Therefore, when assembling the upper part, please insert the washer onto the bolt before inserting it into the hole. Assembly Since it will be shipped disassembled, insert the washer into the bolt as shown in Photo 3, lightly tighten it (do not overtighten), insert the post, then add the washer, nut, nut, and washer in that order, and tighten the upper part with the nut. Installation Method ① Cut the 2x4 lumber for the post to a length of approximately 80mm less than the installation height. ② Screw the lower part of the adjuster to the top of the 2x4 cut in ①. (Photo 4) ③ Insert the threaded part of the upper adjuster into the hole of the post made in ②. ④ Once aligned with the installation location, stand it vertically (use a level), and tighten by turning the lower nut clockwise with a wrench to create tension. *For scratch prevention, sandwich the non-slip sheets between the floor/ceiling and the post/adjuster. Attaching them with double-sided tape is easy. Required Tools 〇 13mm wrench or monkey wrench or similar tool to turn the nut 〇 Electric drill or impact driver or Phillips screwdriver 〇 Saw (You can also have it cut at a home improvement store) 〇 Level (There are also apps available.) Drill-free Due to being handmade, there may be slight variations. Painted versions are also possible, so please contact us. Available in any quantity.
