Please note that May marks the beginning of our busy season, and we may not be able to arrange delivery until October. If you are able to arrange for your own transportation, we can accommodate you at any time, though please be aware that communication may become difficult. We will be closing temporarily in April if we remember to do so. This is a 3-seater couch sofa made of Leathertex from Relax Form, purchased approximately 4 years ago at a Nitori store. [Link to product page: https://www.relaxform.jp/products/treviso.html] Leathertex is a new material that offers the texture and strength of genuine leather, with excellent durability and abrasion resistance. It also has better breathability than synthetic leather, making it less prone to heat buildup. You can confirm the product's quality by searching the website. My personal experience with Leathertex is that I'm impressed by how the condition has remained virtually unchanged since purchase, with no signs of wear. As it was a significant purchase, I used it with a cover as shown in the last photo, so I haven't found any stains. I will also include the special care products used during its use. I bought this sofa because I admired large sofas, but it's too big for my small home, so I'm considering replacing it with a smaller Leathertex sofa. Therefore, I am not considering significant price reductions. We can assist with loading and delivery, so please consult with us. For those who can pick it up (we will assist with loading, etc. at that time) If you wish to inspect the item beforehand, we can accommodate you on our days off. For those in distant locations, we can arrange for shipping if you specify the shipping company. (We are currently researching shipping companies and will list a separate item with shipping included once confirmed.) Thank you for your understanding. Leathertex [Purchase Price: Approximately ￥230,000] [Dimensions: Width 279 cm, Depth 92-164 cm, Height 89 cm, Seat Height 39 cm] [Condition: No particularly noticeable scratches.] [Selling Points: The condition is good, so it can still be used! ] Thank you for your understanding.
