Immediate purchase OK. Nylon Fabric, Sold by the Meter, Black Hypalon Coat, Water Repellent Finish, Width 117cm x Length 2m [Product Description] Manufacturer: Asahi Kako Co., Ltd. Product Name: School OXHP Color: Black Finish: Hypalon Coat Size: Width 117cm x Length 2m Recommended for bags, pouches, materials, miscellaneous goods, and outdoor items. In addition to its water-repellent function, it has a Hypalon coating (waterproof) on the back, providing stiffness and high waterproofness, making it suitable for material applications. This is an oxford weave fabric using nylon yarn for both warp and weft. [Hypalon Coating Process] Compared to general acrylic coating processes used to improve fabric strength and prevent fraying, this is a special process that increases strength and results in a less sticky, rubber-like feel on the coated surface. It also has excellent lightfastness. This fabric is discontinued due to long-term storage. It is equivalent to the Nylon Ox Dyed Hypalon Coat N420D, Black currently sold by the same manufacturer. Fabrics sold on e-commerce sites, such as 420D Nylon Ox, are equivalent to this fabric. This item is being sold at a low price due to surplus inventory clearance. Ships via Yu-Packet Post. Notes: Due to shipping via Yu-Packet Post, the fabric will be folded to fit into an A4 envelope. Therefore, the fabric will have creases. If you wish to purchase more than 2 meters or combine with other items, please leave a comment. We will provide a quote. Up to 3 meters can be folded and shipped via Yu-Packet Post (free shipping). Two 2m pieces can also be shipped via Yu-Packet Post (free shipping) using a B4 envelope. Two 3m pieces or a combination of 2m + 3m (total of two pieces) will be shipped via Takkyubin (80 size). If you require a longer continuous length, you can purchase multiple pieces cut to 2m or 3m and folded. This is also convenient for storage and handling, and shipping costs are lower if you are not making very long items. Approximately 5 to 8 pieces can be sent in an 80 size box. Shipping rolled on a paper tube will be via Takkyubin (140 size and up). The price is length x 400 yen + shipping fee. Receipts cannot be issued. Click here for the manufacturer's site
