Thank you for viewing. I am offering a set of 4 large, self-made sound-absorbing panels that I created for use in my home studio. They are no longer needed due to equipment upgrades, so I would like to pass them on to someone looking to improve their acoustic environment. I made these around May 2025 and placed them on the walls of my home. After much research, I found this material, and it is highly effective at reducing reflected sound. Unlike cheaper sound-absorbing materials, it absorbs sound naturally. ??Important Notice Regarding Delivery?? Due to their large size, these panels cannot be shipped via standard courier services or Mercari delivery. Therefore, this sale is limited to buyers who can pick them up directly by car at a designated location near Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building in Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. Each panel is 185cm tall, so you will need a large vehicle such as a Hiace or a roof rack. Please confirm that your vehicle can accommodate the size before considering purchase. [Product Details] Contents: 4 self-made sound-absorbing panels Size (per panel): Height approx. 185cm x Width approx. 63.6cm x Thickness approx. 4.5cm Construction: Framed with wood around the perimeter, creating a sturdy wooden frame. Unlike simple fabric-wrapped panels, these do not bend or sag and are very stable when leaned against a wall. Sound-absorbing material inside: Made with Nichias Rock Wool MG Board 080 (density 80kg/m3), a high-performance material commonly used for studio soundproofing. Surface: Fabric (natural/beige tone) [Product Condition] *Please be sure to check* These are handmade items: They are not perfectly finished like professional products, and some areas, such as the back, may have rough finishing. Side condition: There are some frayed areas on the fabric on the sides, and staples (stapler pins) used to secure the fabric are visible in some places (please check the photos). The front is relatively clean. Other: The fabric on the surface has some wrinkles and dirt from use. The sound-absorbing function itself is not affected, but please refrain from purchasing if you prioritize aesthetic perfection. Environment: Used in a non-smoking, pet-free environment. Individual sales are not possible. Please understand that these are handmade and used items, and all sales are final (no claims, no returns). Click here for the manufacturer's site
