Due to shipping costs, we plan to pack it with the case removed ( ¨? ) Thank you for your consideration ? ↓ From the official website ● Bowl type that allows for plenty of drinking in a natural posture ● No dripping water leaks with the bowl type ● Includes a soft water cartridge that cuts approximately 40% of calcium and magnesium from tap water (※ company research) ● Compatible cages Wire spacing 23mm or more, wire assembly thickness 5mm or less ● Compatible pet bottles 600mL or less ● When using this product for the first time, be sure to confirm that the pet is drinking water after setting it up. How to use the soft water cartridge: 1. Submerge the cartridge in a container filled with tap water and repeatedly rinse by shaking until the ion exchange resin inside the cartridge is completely wet. 2. Set the cartridge in the cartridge case with the mesh side facing up. *Yellowish water may come out when first used. This is because components of the ion exchange resin are eluted, but it is harmless and does not affect quality. How to care for the soft water cartridge: ? Rinse the surface dirt of the cartridge with water daily without using detergent. ? For health maintenance, replace the cartridge every 3 weeks to 1 month, or when visible dirt becomes noticeable.
