There are no instructions, so please refer to the [How to Use] below. [How to Use] 1. Heat the mouthpiece in 90°C to 100°C (194°F to 212°F) hot water for 5 seconds. (The temperature at which it softens will vary depending on the season.) 2. Remove from hot water and cool for 10 seconds. 3. Press firmly against your teeth to create an impression. 4. Trim excess parts with scissors to shape. *We cannot be held responsible for burns or other injuries due to improper use.
