Thank you for looking. Purchased new in July 2025. The patient suffered a cervical spine injury and was told they would never walk again, but miraculously, they were able to stand on their own after six months, so we purchased this sports-type wheelchair. However, the backrest was too shallow and put a strain on the patient's cervical spine, so it was only used about 4-5 times at the hospital. It is in beautiful condition as it is no longer used. The user was a young woman and was kept clean, with no issues such as incontinence. This is a sports-type wheelchair Evolution (Model J105) from the Japanese manufacturer KADOKURA. It features a vibrant Verde Ithaca Green aluminum frame and stylish 3-spoke 24-inch wheels. The tires were overseas products, and we were concerned about difficulties with repairs in case of a flat, so at the suggestion of a bicycle shop, the tubes and tires have been replaced with new Japanese-made ones (see photos). This means they can be inflated with a standard bicycle pump. Main Features and Specifications: Lightweight and Compact: The frame is made of aluminum and weighs approximately 11.9kg, making it lightweight. Folding Function: The backrest folds down, and the wheels can be detached with a one-touch (quick-release) mechanism, allowing for easy storage in a car trunk. Sports Specification: It offers light acceleration and maneuverability, making it suitable for active individuals looking to try sports or those who prioritize design for everyday use. It is exceptionally light compared to standard wheelchairs. Even a petite person should be able to propel it easily. Dimensions: Overall width approx. 55.5cm x Overall height approx. 80cm x Overall length approx. 86.5cm (Seat width: approx. 36cm) Please judge from the photos. No claims or returns will be accepted after purchase.
