【Powerful Rust Remover】＜Does a mild rust remover even make sense?＞ We are a motorcycle repair shop! This is amazing for removing rust from motorcycle tanks!! Here's a simple explanation of how to use it: 1. Drain the gasoline from the tank. 2. Clean the inside of the tank with detergent and water or hot water. 3. Cleaning the inside of the tank before rust removal will make the rust removal more effective. 4. Using a dedicated cleaner before rust removal will further enhance the effect. ? Cleaner before rust removal 5. Rinse the inside of the tank 3 times with water or hot water. (Do not mix!) 6. Pour this super powerful tank rust remover in its undiluted form (1 bottle is sufficient for a 20-liter tank). 7. Rotate the tank for about 30 minutes, applying it to the heavily rusted areas. 8. Adding an iron chain (sold separately) and shaking the tank will speed up rust removal. 9. Drain the cleaning solution into a plastic tank or similar container, and then rinse the inside of the tank with water. 10. Dry the inside thoroughly, then add a small amount of gasoline to coat the interior. 11. Check for leaks and complete the process. Please read the following instructions carefully before proceeding. After removing the tank from the vehicle, remove attached parts (fuel cock, cap, fuel gauge, etc.). Seal the tank securely to prevent liquid leakage (use a rubber stopper, plastic, etc.). Clean and rinse the oil inside the tank with water. After leaving it for 5-6 hours, check for rust removal and drain the liquid. *Ideally, drain the liquid within 24 hours. Rinse the inside of the tank again with water using a hose or similar tool. Re-pour the removed solution and let it circulate in the tank for about 30 to 60 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water. Remove rubber stoppers, etc., and dry the inside using the airflow from a hairdryer. Once completely dry, carefully add a small amount of gasoline to rinse, then drain the gasoline, being mindful of fire hazards. After confirming safety (check for holes, etc.), reattach it to the vehicle. ○ If rust removal is insufficient, reapply the solution and repeat the process. ○ If you will not be using the rust remover tank immediately, apply a rust inhibitor to prevent rust formation.
