Features: Pesticide-free, herbicide-free Can be used as seed potatoes. There are some scratches from digging, but since roots have already formed, there is no problem. ☆ We will provide instructions on planting and storage methods at the time of shipping. Sprouting and rooting have begun, so it's time to plant. Yield per plant is around 1kg to 2kg. You can harvest large Jerusalem artichokes and plenty of seed potatoes for the following year. Resistant to heat and cold, watering can be left to the weather. Once planted, you can enjoy it every year. It grows large. The plant height reaches about 2 meters and yellow flowers bloom. If you don't want it to grow too tall, prune it. Even if the plant height is low, it will produce many side shoots, resulting in large Jerusalem artichokes.
