This product is not an original Marumitsu product. Himo-Tore (string training) was developed by Isao Koseki, a former Olympic training staff member who coached many top athletes. It is a method designed to improve body balance and awaken natural functions, and is widely used by athletes, as well as in medical and nursing care settings. Himo-Tore is a method that uses a string approximately 1.8m to 2.3m long, lightly wrapped around the body, to restore natural bodily functions, stabilize the core, improve balance, and relieve stiffness and pain. By wrapping it loosely without tightening, it enhances body linkage and is widely utilized in daily life, sports, nursing care, and rehabilitation. This product was created with reference to the original Marumitsu Himo-Tore spindle. Eleven individuals of various ages and genders compared and experienced the original and this product for both short and long durations, and achieved similar effects to the original. Furthermore, we have introduced this product to over 30 people, and all of them have experienced its effects, expressed great satisfaction, and continue to use it. A 2-meter string is ideal for a sash-like wrap, 120cm for a waist wrap, 90cm for an Eboshi-style wrap or headband, and 45cm for wrapping around joints such as below the knee, ankles, or elbows. Sash-like wrap → Restores linkage of the entire upper body ?Improves shoulder range of motion, stiffness, and pain ?Improves stooped posture Waist wrap → Restores linkage between the upper and lower body ?Improves lower back pain and movement from the lower back to the lower body ?Also effective for improving nocturia Eboshi-style wrap → Relieves throat tension (stress-induced tension), helps restore swallowing function, etc. Also recommended for those who grind their teeth or clench their jaw. Headband → Relaxes head tension and clears the mind. Wrap 3-5cm below the kneecap ↓ ?Makes legs feel lighter, improves knee pain, etc. Makes running and climbing stairs easier. Wrap just above the elbow joint → Improves finger movement, etc. Wrap just below the elbow joint → Relaxes tension around the opposite side of the neck. Wrap around the ankle → Improves movement of the toes and prevents falls by lifting the toes. For those with bent fingers, such as in Heberden's nodes, wrapping around the back of the hand can improve finger pain and movement (also effective for the feet. Also good for bunions). The key is to wrap it slightly loosely. For more details, please refer to Isao Koseki's books or YouTube. We hope this contributes to everyone's health. * Effects vary by individual. * We wish to make this product accessible to as many people as possible, but due to the rising cost of components, we are unable to offer discounts.
