They can be used to smoothly strain soups, broths (dashi), sauces, and more. The design features no holes on the sides, with a fine mesh only on the bottom. This structure prevents liquids from leaking out the sides, ensuring they are effectively collected in the center for a clean straining process. Highly recommended not only for home use but also for restaurants such as ramen shops, French, and Italian cuisine establishments, as well as for kitchen prep work.
