From Sekikagu's popular Graciero series. This is a 1.5-seater sofa. Its design perfectly complements hotel-like and modern interiors, with the combination of platinum gray and black legs exuding elegance and luxury. It offers the sophisticated feel and vintage charm of genuine leather, yet with the soft touch of fabric. Its smooth texture provides a luxurious feel, and it's comfortable year-round, being less sticky in summer and not too cold in winter. As shown in the 7th photo, the surface has a slight nap, giving it the supple softness of genuine leather and the smooth finish of elegant faux suede. The seating is not too soft, with just the right amount of resilience, making it easy to relax and unwind. It's also easy to care for and relatively resistant to scratches and stains, making it a great choice for homes with pets or small children. [Product Details] - Manufacturer: Sekikagu - Series: Graciero - Configuration: 1.5-seater - Color: Platinum Gray - Legs: Black - Style: Hotel-like / Modern / Elegant [Condition] Purchased approximately 6 months ago. Non-smoking. This sofa was placed in the guest room and primarily used when guests visited. It was not used daily, so it is in relatively clean condition overall. There is one scuff-like scratch as shown in photos 5-6, but otherwise, it is in beautiful condition in my opinion. *As it is made of Leathertex, a suede-like material, you may see variations in shading depending on the direction of the nap when you run your hand over it. This is not a stain. Please comment if you have any concerns, and I will upload more photos. [Size] Please refer to the size shown on the official website in the photos. As this is a large piece of furniture, please check the entryway and installation path. *Weight: 31kg [Shipping] - As shipping costs will be high, pick-up is welcome. [Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture] If you wish to pick it up directly, please comment before purchasing. The price will be adjusted to deduct the shipping cost. [Other] - This is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. - Due to it being a large piece of furniture, returns are not accepted. - Please comment with any questions before purchasing. *Includes headrest and cushion (worth approximately ￥18,280).
