Great Value Outlet Item: Rotary Sharpener for Easy, Professional-Quality Sharpening This is a rotary sharpener that allows anyone to easily achieve professional-quality sharpening, unlike traditional knife sharpeners. Traditional knife sharpening requires maintaining a consistent angle between the blade and the whetstone, making it difficult for the average household. Furthermore, simple sharpeners tend to flatten the blade's angle over time, resulting in duller edges even after sharpening. Our rotary sharpener features a base that securely holds the knife in place with magnets at the correct angle, ensuring a consistent blade angle throughout the sharpening process. The rotary design allows you to sharpen the blade by moving it up and down along the blade with minimal force, making it nearly foolproof. The unit comes with pre-installed 400-grit (coarse) and 1000-grit (medium) diamond whetstones. By sharpening first with the coarse stone and then the medium stone, you can restore a like-new sharpness to even dull knives. [Set Contents] - Knife Fixing Base (15°, 20°) x 1 - Whetstone Roller x 1 - Whetstone Discs x 2 (Diamond Whetstone 400-grit, 1000-grit) - English Instruction Manual with Illustrations (No Japanese manual included) [Body Color] - Wood Grain - Black Please let us know your preferred color via message after purchase. [How to Use] *Refer to the 8th photo. 1. Attach the knife to the base with the blade facing upwards. Select the blade angle according to its intended use. 2. Align the whetstone roller parallel to the blade and roll it back and forth with slight pressure to sharpen one side of the blade. 3. Once one side is sharpened, reverse the handle of the knife (handle facing away from you) and set the blade facing upwards to sharpen the other side. 4. Sharpen until there is no burr on the blade edge. *Ceramic and natural whetstones must be wet before use or soaked in water for a short period. *This product is not a Rollschleifer. It is our original rotary sharpener. *This product is manufactured in an overseas factory for overseas markets. Unlike products for the Japanese domestic market, it does not include packaging or Japanese instruction manuals. There may also be minor scratches or dirt. Click here for the manufacturer's site
